With the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on, you can schedule, join, and manage meetings directly from your Fielding Gmail account or Google Calendar.
1. Install the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on
- Sign in to your Google account.
- Navigate to the Google Workspace Marketplace and search for Zoom.
- Click the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on.
- Click Install, then click Continue.
- Review the terms of service and click Accept.
Note on Multiple Google accounts: When installing and using the add-on, you are advised not to sign in to multiple Google accounts in the same browser. When installing the Zoom add-on, you should only be signed in to your Fielding Google account. You may also encounter issues when scheduling meetings if logged into multiple accounts.
Once the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on is installed, adding an event to Google Calendar will automatically add a Zoom Meeting if a guest is added.
