To reset your password:

If you have previously set up MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) in your Fielding Microsoft account to either use the Authenticator app or to send you a code through a text message, you can reset your password by going to the web site https://office.com.
- On that site, click the "Sign In" button and enter your Fielding email address.
- On the next page, when it asks you to enter your password, click the "Forgot my Password" link.
- Confirm your password and enter the captcha characters before clicking Next.
- You may be given a few choices for ways to verify your account before proceeding. Choose one and verify your account.
- You will then be able to enter a new password.
- Your new password must be at least 10 characters in length and must contain at least one of all the following three types of characters: upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers. You cannot include a portion of your name in your password.
- Record your password in a secure location and remember that it is now your password for logging into your Fielding device, Email and other Microsoft apps, Moodle, MyFielding, and Self Service.
- If you have not previously set up MFA on your Fielding Microsoft account or have a new phone that has not been set up, you will need to submit a HelpDesk ticket. Please explain either that you have not previously set up MFA on your Fielding Microsoft account or that you have a new phone and don't have it set up with MFA for your Fielding account.
